Because of this magazine, the Programmers Return and the close links with the communications world, I feel that we are more a User Group like Beebug than a disc-copying P.D. Library that does it all for horrendus profits. The monthly Issue Discs will continue with the P.D. software providing there is still enough avaliable. For the benefit of the newer members, here is a summary of the 8-bit departments= 1-Disc-Based Magazine(monthly) 2-P.D. Software(monthly) 3-AMPLE users section and files 4-TBI Software Pool *

Contrary to rumours that have been circulating the BBC Pulic Domain world, I would like to stress that ALL 8-bit Software services are FREE and will stay so. The only thing that isn't free is the postage and packing for the issue discs, as some people haven't been including certain things in their return discs. *

Many of the articles have been included in letters, which can be hard to find. If you are going to make a paper-based submission then please use this form or a seperate piece of paper. If you want to make sure your article appears then contact me soon as I may have lost or forgotten it. * The newer members to 8-bit would have started on Issue 8.
